·       Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for product improvement.

·       Lead engineering change notices (ECNs) and update documentation as products evolve.

·       Propose design enhancements that improve performance, manufacturability, or reliability.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.

·       3–7 years of experience in mechanical design, new product development, or related engineering environments.

·       Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

·       Ability to work hands‑on in prototyping and testing environments.

·       Demonstrated desire to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic engineering team.

Desired Skills & Experience

·       Experience working in manufacturing environments, particularly assembly‑based production.

·       Proficiency in SolidWorks 2023+ (CSWA certification a plus).

·       Self‑starter with the ability to independently drive engineering tasks and projects.

·       Knowledge of thermal systems, low‑voltage electrical systems, and common manufacturing materials.

·       Experience with design for manufacturability across sheet metal, injection molding, metal casting, CNC machining, and rapid prototyping.

·       Experience performing FEA or CFD simulations.

·       Experience with PEM fuel cell systems (preferred but not required).

Why Join Infintium?

·       Opportunity to contribute directly to next‑generation clean‑energy products.

·       Fast‑paced, collaborative startup environment with significant ownership of projects.

·       Hands‑on engineering work from concept through field deployment.
