Test Engineer

As Infintium works to continue advancement and development in the hydrogen fuel cell marketplace, the need to expand our growing team has never been higher. The ideal test engineer will be able to work in tandem with our design team to assist with our current project load related to the industrial market rollout of new hydrogen fuel cell products. This role is perfect for gaining hands-on experience in a start-up environment.
The company’s corporate headquarters is located in Greenville, SC just minutes from the Greenville Spartanburg International Airport and right on Pelham Road.
Responsibilities / Duties:
This role at Infintium is expected to work on the following:
• Design and execute test plans and test cases
• Identifying, documenting and escalating design issues or product defects
• Collaborate with design team to understand requirements and build testing to support design and development goals
• Perform analysis and report of test status and results to relevant stakeholders and leadership
• Setup and maintenance of test environments and assets
Required Qualifications / Experience:
The applicant for this position must meet these requisites:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
• Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and flexibility
• Ability to critically analyze data
• Passion for learning and growing one’s engineering skillset and product knowledge
• Innovation and growth mindset
• Desire to work in a hands-on environment
Desired Knowledge / Skills
In addition, the ideal applicant also would meet the following:
• Experience with data acquisition systems – Setup and use
• Proficiency is creating harnessing / wiring as needed to execute testing
• Basic programming skills
• Self Starter – Ability to lead and drive testing with little oversight
• Experience with PEM stack hydrogen fuel cells a plus
